Organic Chamomile Flower Tea

Cup of sunshine, anyone? It doesn’t get sunnier than this beautiful organic German chamomile (Matricaria recutita) Chamomile has a taste I can only describe as mildly honey and apple like with bitter notes which will increase the longer it is steeped. I make a divine lemon infused Greek honey which is just perfect when added to chamomile tea.
